Enter the 2016 Gold Coast Airport Marathon

Take on a personal challenge and join thousands of others at the 38th annual Gold Coast Airport Marathon held on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 July 2016.

Enjoy the beautiful Gold Coast conditions on the fast, flat and scenic course which takes in the sights of Australia’s picturesque coastline. The internationally recognised event received an International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Road Race Gold Label in 2014 and continues to attract international attention.

There’s a race for everyone on the first weekend in July, with events including the Gold Coast Airport Marathon, Wheelchair Marathon, ASICS Half Marathon, Wheelchair 15km, Southern Cross University 10km Run, Suncorp Bank 5.7km Challenge and Zespri Junior Dash (4km & 2km).

Things you should know

  • A $5 discount applies to participants who are aged 13 years & under and 65 years & older on race day. (Not applicable for Zespri Junior Dash events).
  • A $10 onsite fee applies to any entries received at the Check In Centres.
  • Online entries only. No paper entries accepted.
  • Payment must be made via Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa) or Account2Account (Bank Transfer) at the time of registration.
  • 1.5% surcharge applies to all payments via Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa).
  • Refunds are only permitted to the extent that the Event Organiser is required to provide a refund or payment at law.
  • You can collect your race number at one of the Check In Centres during opening hours. They are not posted.
  • You must collect your race number in person at one of the Check In Centres before the day of your race. There is no race number collection on race day.
  • Race changes, race transfers and entry information changes after 5pm Friday 17 June must be completed in person at the Check In Centres.
  • All race changes, race transfers and entry information changes must be completed by 8pm Friday 1 July at the Gold Coast Check In Centre, no changes will be accepted after this time under any circumstances.
  • If you are entering the Gold Coast Airport Marathon on behalf of other people, you are accepting these terms and conditions on their behalf.
  • By entering, you are also subscribing to the regular newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Check In Centres

Once entered, you will be able to collect your race number, as well as visit the Expo and buy a ticket to the Garmin Legends Lunch, from one of the Check In Centres. Please select your location preference when entering.
