Junior Dash

Wave 1: 11:10am Boys running by themselves

Wave 2: 11:20am Girls running by themselves

Wave 3: 11:22am Juniors running with an accompany adult and those that wish to run with siblings/friends of the other gender

Wave 1: 11:45am – Seeded, Priority, Start Zone A and Start Zone B

Wave 2: Start Zone C (2 mins after wave 1 has cleared the start line)

Wave 3: Start Zone D (2 mins after wave 2 has cleared the start line)

Marathon

Wave 1: 6:15am – ASICS Gold Coast Marathon (Seeded (elite) Priority, (sub-elite) and Start Zone A)

Wave 2: 6:25am – ASICS Gold Coast Marathon (Start Zone B)

Wave 3: 6:35am – ASICS Gold Coast Marathon (Start Zone C)

Wave 4: 6:45am – ASICS Gold Coast Marathon (Start Zone D & E)

*The ASICS Gold Coast Marathon cut off time is 6 hours 40 minutes from last wave start.
