You are required to collect your race number from the Check in Centre within the ASICS Sport & Leisure Expo at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Broadbeach.
Opening hours:
Thursday 2 July, 2026 – 12:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday 3 July, 2026 – 9:00am – 8:00pm (Last day of collection for Saturday races)
Saturday 4 July, 2026 – 9:00am – 4:00pm
1 hour free parking is available at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre
We recommend entrants collect their own race number. However, if you need someone to collect on your behalf, please provide them with a copy of your entry certificate. Please use the following link to resend your confirmation email, your confirmation certificate will be attached:

To streamline race number collection and provide an indication of busy collection time periods, we ask that you please indicate the time you will be collecting your race number.
Time slots are in 1-hour brackets and you can collect anytime within that hour. You are then welcome to stay at the Expo for as long as you like after this time, this is only an indication of arrival to collect. Parking at the GCCEC is free for one hour.
If you are collecting on behalf of someone else you are only required to indicate your collection time once, please select multiple races and advise the number of race numbers in the questions provided.
If you are running in the Marathon, we highly recommend collecting your race number on Saturday as historically Friday has been very busy.
If your plans change and you are unable to collect your race number in the indicated time please don’t worry, there is no need to contact us to advise, please just turn up when you can to collect within the opening hours.
