Enter as a Team
The Teams Challenge is a great team-building exercise and an excellent way to motivate your team, colleagues, families and friends to achieve a personal challenge together.
Your team can choose to race in any of our eight races and all are welcome to select their own start zones. You do not have to race together in the same race or choose the same start zone.
If you entered a team in 2025, please utilise your 2025 login to create your team for 2026 – login available via “Register your team” link.

Tiered:
- Exclusive partner draws for team members throughout the entry period (conditions apply and based on the number of team members at the time of the draw) – further details below.
20+ Runners:
- Option provided to have race numbers posted or collected as a team via appointment.
- All teams entered (with runners) will have their team name listed on the Gold Coast Marathon website
50+ Runners:
- Ability to access the priority zone for BYO tent space
- Early access links for Marathon and Half Marathon distances for the next GCM edition (conditions apply, limited numbers of links available)
100+ Runners:
- Guaranteed entry links for the Marathon and Half Marathon for the next GCM edition (conditions apply, limited numbers of links available)
How to enter your team:
- Choose a team manager to manage your team
- Visit the team manager portal to register your team name and team code (if you created a team in 2025, please utilise your 2025 login and login before creating your team) – available from Tuesday 11 November 2025
- Download our team poster and complete with your team details to use in your recruitment of team members
- Team members register individually via the standard entry form adding themselves to your team in the team section of the entry form – to do this they will require the team code
Race Number Collection
Race numbers will be available for collection from the Check in Centre within the ASICS Sport & Leisure Expo at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Broadbeach (unless the team has selected the Group Postage Option).
Opening hours:
Thursday 2 July 12:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday 3 July 9:00am – 8:00pm (Last day of collection for Saturday races)
Saturday 4 July 9:00am – 4:00pm
Individual Collection:
We recommend entrants collect their own race number. However, if entrants are unable to make it to collect, that can have someone collect on their behalf by providing them with a copy of their entry certificate.
Group Collection: (team must have over 20 entrants and have pre-arranged collection)
Team Managers can choose to collect their entire teams race numbers together. Team Managers will be contacted at the beginning of June to arrange their group collection appointment within the above opening hours.
Group Postage: (team must have over 20 entrants)
Team Managers can choose to have their race numbers posted to an address of their choice. All race numbers will be sent to one address and team managers will need to pay for an express tracked parcel/s. Team Managers will be contacted at the beginning of June to arrange postage and payment.
Team Tents
There are two options for team tents:
1. You can hire a tent on the finish chute / finish line (6×6 or 3×3 tent with courtyard) – limited tents available.
2. You can BYO a gazebo for the park section on Marine Parade between Nind and North Street (just prior to the finish chute) – first come first served with priority allocation for teams with 50+ runners (as at 31 May 2026).
Bookings for team tents are available to hire via your team manager login.
Monthly Team Prize Draw
As part of our new team benefits program for GCM26 we are offering a monthly prize draw for all our registered teams!
If your team meets the monthly minimum requirement, all team members registered at the time will go into the draw for that month’s prize.
The prize and minimum requirement will be announced via email (to registered team managers), on this page and on GCM social media channels at the beginning of each month and the prize drawn on the last business day of each month.
Winners will be contacted direct by email and posted to our Teams Website page.
