Chobani High Protein Pancake Bowls
Ingredients per serve:
1/3 cup rolled oats
¾ tsp baking powder
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 a Chobani High Protein Vanilla 160g pot (keep rest for topping)
1 egg
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 medium banana
Toppings:
Remaining Chobani High Protein Vanilla Yogurt tub
Mixed berries
Maple syrup (optional)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients + banana in a blender, and blend until fine.
Mix in 1/2 Chobani High Protein Yogurt pot and egg. Let this rest for 5-10 minutes to activate the baking powder.
Spray or line a glass tray/baking tray and add in mixture. Add berries and mix gently in
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it is lightly golden and cooked through. Top with remaining Chobani High Protein Yogurt, berries, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
