All finishers’ results and certificates will be available online after the event. Results will be published in a special souvenir lift-out in the Gold Coast Bulletin on Monday 3 July.
- All prize money is in Australian dollars (AUD)
- Men and women receive equal prize money for all events
- All prize money and bonuses are subject to a deduction of Australian income tax for those who are not an Australian resident
- Prize money payment is subject to meeting the doping control measures in place

IAAF Oceania Area Marathon Championships
Placegetters in the IAAF Oceania Area Marathon Championships will receive either the outright prize money or the IAAF Oceania Area Championship prize money (whichever amount is higher). No double dipping. Placegetters will also receive Oceania Championship medals.
E.g. An eligible New Zealand athlete who places 5th overall and is the winner of the IAAF Oceania Area Marathon Championships will receive $3,000 prize money (i.e. the Oceania Championships amount as this is higher)
Marathon Fast Time Incentive Money – Oceania Athletes
All IAAF Oceania Area Championship athletes are also eligible for separate fast time incentive money (2:20:00 or faster for men and 2:45:00 or faster for women). This is paid in addition to any placegetter prize money won and irrespective of place.

ASICS Half Marathon
ASICS Half Marathon (Overall)
$2,000 bonus paid if the winner breaks the race record (1:01:16 men and 1:09:00 women)
Southern Cross University 10km Run
Southern Cross University 10km Run (Overall)
$1,000 bonus if the winner breaks the race record (28:53 men and 32:17 women).
Wheelchair Marathon (Overall)
$500 bonus if the winner breaks the race record (1:30:18 men and 1:43:45 women).
$250 bonus for times faster than 1:50:00 (men) or 2:10:00 (women)
Age group winners
Age group winners in the Gold Coast Airport Marathon, ASICS Half Marathon, Southern Cross University 10km Run and Zespri Junior Dash events will receive a trophy and a gift from the race sponsors. As the The Star Gold Coast 5.7km Challenge is a participation event, no prizes are awarded.
