2017 Gold Coast Airport Marathon Vendor Application

Please complete the following form to indicate your expression of interest for a Vendor Site for the 2017 Gold Coast Airport Marathon.

The cost to hire a vendor site is $649.00 including GST. Sites are 6m x 6m and located at various areas within the Race Precinct, a map is available via the above download.

    Please provide a brief overview of the types of food and beverage items sold.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx.
    Please upload a copy of your suggested menu and pricing.
  • Site Layout

    Please provide a sketch of the layout of your area including all back of house areas (for details and template please download a copy of our information brochure)
  • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx.
  • Location Preference

    Please select your first and second site preference. Please note that we will do our best to allocate you to your preferred site however this is not guaranteed.
  • Extra Utilities

    Please indicate if you will require any extra utilities - all sites come with 1x 10AMP power circuit.
