Motivation: I like to keep fit and healthy and running is an easy way to do this especially if friends run with you when out running.

Race day tips: I would suggest a pre-race jog of around 2 to 3 km and do not dress with too much gear to keep warm.  Maybe some arm warmers as well as usual running clothes.
